Refund & Return Policy – Zero Harm

Due to the nature of edible products, returns are strictly limited.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

📩 Claims must include clear photos/videos as proof.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Change of mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened edible products.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we delivered a damaged or wrong item.
